Initial Information Needed to Begin
Our assistant will collect the following information from you.
- Your name
- Your spouse's name or opposing party's name
- County of Residence
- Date of marriage and separation
- Ages of Children
- Finding out if anything in the case has been filed
- Property or assets
- Contact information
Initial Consultation
Our office will check for conflicts and if none exist, we will then book an initial consultation. The first 30 mins will be provided at no charge and the remainder of the hour is billed at Ms. Chenault's hourly rate.
Following the Consulation
If you and Ms. Chenault decide to work together on your case, then you will be asked to sign a Fee Agreement and provide an initial retainer request by Ms. Chenault.
